You've got the smile perfectly. Not so sure about the eyes, but probably very difficult to capture.

This is a really shiny likeness. It reminds me of impressionistic paintings.

I'm not going to criticize it, it's obvious enough who it is so it can't be far enough off to nit pick. Nice one, I have always liked this actress....she was just as sultry in CSI.
