Got some stock images of old photographs and replaced the images with Firefly promo shots, then did some texture work to make the whole thing look as old and "Western-y" as possible.

Most excellent shiny and wonderous. Love the color scheme the contrast, and the composition really works.
I even like the font for Serenity where the S looks like a cross between a dollar sign and a bass clef.

Great job! Beautiful, the textures, and the colors--perfect, I love your work. Where did you learn to do the photograph technique? I've tried, but it doesn't come out right.

Cassandrae: This one ended up being pretty easy. All I did was put each photograph on the wallpaper as a new layer, and then stuck the promo image on top of it. I had to cut a bit to make sure it fit the dimensions of the photograph just so, but otherwise I just slapped one right on top of the other. The photograph at the bottom had the tape on it already so I didn't even have to do that.

Oh goodness, that is such an awsome piture of Inara! A very authentic old west style photo that's perfectly suited for the show. Well done!
