Well, Cassandrae and Neroli are to blame for this. They sucked me into using psp to make some award banners and then kept asking for more. This is actually the second wallpaper I've made--screencaps from still-flying, background is actually image of solar flare from nasa website. Oh, and many kind thanks to nysie as well for her neverending patience in teaching me to layer images properly with psp7.

Nice improvement from your start...and I hope you continue to do so, ~LOL~ I loved the theme, and it fits well with the Cappy. ~grin~
