Actually, to the set decoration's credit, they do A LOT of work! And they are AMAZING at what they do too! I never had an interest in set design until a friend showed me a working set. Amazing!
I've seen a faux brick porch get a chip in the facade, and they flawlessly repaired it. You'd never know that it was broken in the first place or that it was really made of layered, spackled, and painted wood!

Oh yes, Phyrelight, I know they work hard. I've been an acting extra on two movies in Canada and actually had a few lines in a Korean sci/fi flop (sort of a Korean Godzilla) and everone on set is necessary and hard working. My joke here is that Firefly always seemed to end up on desert like planets so there is nothing for the crew to do since the exterior set is desert - again. And yes, since people have mentioned it, that does look like Nathan in the robe in the background and this is probably from TRASH.

Can't remember for sure since I've had it for a while. I think I found it while trawling for pics on Yahoo Images.
