Blue Sun Room FILK - FILK
The carriage rocking soothingly
Along the cobble stone path
The interior comforting
Allowing memories of home to play out
The only bit of home left
Surround her neck
Glancing out the window occasionally
And see the world outside
Ugly and alien compared to her paradise
Can’t imagine ever believing it pretty
Or calling it home
Slowly you come upon a cottage
Failure with its polished worn wood
Almost feeling right
Because of the memories it brings to mind
The rocking slowly stops
And clutching the yellow blossoming gift in to her chest
She climbs out of what remains of home
And stand in front of her brother and sister
Waves of uncertainty hit her
As all feelings of love disappear

Oh...this works wonderfully, Slice! Definitely goes the full length in showing how her perceptions and feelings have changed since taking up with the Beast:D
