Found it!! The ID card used by Shepherd Book to get the Alliance commander of the "Magellan" to get him medical treatment aboard his ship. A lot of ppl think that it was a secret agent pass but it wasn't. See below for the details.

Somehow I doubt Book would have lasted to 2562 since that's about 100 years after he was born. Though who knows what the average lifespan of someone living near or in the Core...

BEB, that's only how long the pass is good for before it expires. Mr.Book and most ppl living at that moment would be long gone before 2562 the expiration date at the bottom. Since there's no name on the card St. Peter doesn't need to do a background check. The cardholder could be going to the "Special Hell" and still use this as a get outta hell free card. Course I hope it never finds it's way into one of the blue handed guys pocket. I can't get a picture image of angel wings protruding from their shoulders.
