If only I could "suck" at art the way you do. :) LOL.
It's actually a very good work. The way you colorize everything just the right way, is downright brilliant. Look, for instance how well the cargo bay colors match Jayne's shirt, and the silvery metal bars across the ceiling match Book's hair and shirt, likewise, very well.
As always, your use of font is excellent: the font fits the scene just perfectly.
The lighting of the crew members is also superb. Bright light, coming from front, left to the center, hitting River, Mal's face, and Kaylee the most, whereas the others are in more shadow.
Speaking of light, I say you are by far one of the brightest stars in our 'verse; and probably will be for quite a few turns of worlds. :)

There you go, asarian, making me blush like crazy. Thanks for the nudge, by the way. I went in search of something I hadn't yet posted here. Mostly, I've been working with icons, so the larger graphics are far and between, and thus I don't post much around here. I should change that. Anyways, I'm very glad you liked it. :)

Ooh...now this is definitely shiny. T-shirt imagery worthy, in fact;)
Gotta admit though...this shot makes me hanker after a 'Verse take on The Sopranos' iconic black, red and sihouette imagery of the major characters. Not sure if it's been done, but...;)

BEB: Oh, don't give a person ideas! You'll get me searching for a Sopranos font in no time... LOL.
