Wants the status quo
Wanting to fall back on old habits
Wanting to be what it once was
Not caring about what it does
Not caring of the destruction
Doesn't remember why
It started
Happened
Stopped at all
All it feels is the pain
All it knows is what works
Doesn't know that what it wants will end
That that way is wrong
That its asking for death

Sounds like cutting. I'm a nurse at a women's health clinic. We get young women in with suspicious scars and lacerations from time to time.
Emotional upset to physical mutilation to disassociation to temporary relief of anxiety. Not a pretty cycle. It's actually kind of in vogue right now.
We bleed for them every time we see it.

i am a cutter, well actually an ex-cutter.... i havent done it in like 2 years its just one thing i know will always be apart of me, i write about it alot....
