i've been eatting real mre's while my husband is gone. i felt the one i ate yesterday, a little. today, i am feeling this tohher one more. sure hope i am not poisoned. there was not a noticable date of expiration on the packages. i bought them a coupl years ago but i dunno how old they were when i bought them. oh well. have one more to eat tomorrow evening. should i or shouldn't i? there's only about 3 servings of special instant coffee left, 2 cocoas. almost 4 full days before he returns. don't want to drive his car to the store, it just feels very uncomfortable to drive. not to mention it hasn't been changed over to the new state tag, so i am concerned about getting stopped. had a freaky phone call this evening. i said hello and no one answered. said hello again and it sounded like they said it at the same time. then said hello again and it again sounded like they said it at the same time. but it also sounded like it was a recording of me. earlier someone called asking if i had called about buying land. yesterday someone called from an animal shelter insisting i'd adopted a dog. W - E - I - R -D i'm just not convinced everything is clay. (in the jaynestown episode) i don't see what my husband saw in the guitar. but yeah, it looked like bottles and cups were clay. my eyes were getting too fuzzy to be sure of anything else.

Writing a good and honest thread subject may take you a few seconds more, but saves lots of time for all the flans who read this site. Also, it'll saves Haken bandwidth (money). All I'm asking for is some common sense and decency, see

Okay, so I haven't posted in a long time. Had other things going on (like looking for work). But, that was then, and this is now. I picked up a 10 day job, and this is good, and it towards my box office fund so I can pay for a ticket to "Serenity". A certain Carley Simon song keeps running through my head, "Anticipation! Making me wait!" Overall, I would like to see a delay and have a quality movie rather then a rush job just to make an early release date.

I did something rather wonderful yesterday. I ordered broadband. But Stuart, I hear you all gasp, broadband? Surely an IT guy like yourself would have wanted broadband years ago and would have been a real veteran of the system by now. I reply with sparks flying from my teeth as I grind them: "Yes, I should have had it years ago but BT..." And then you understand, it is British Telecom who have denied me this dream for so long, taking a decade to do what other countries did in a year. But now, finally, they have dropped their line limits that they had maintained for six years for no apparent reason and have activated my exchange. Now all I have to do is wait the ten working days that they add on for no good reason and I will have access to online gaming, downloads, having the treehouse thread load in less than a minute, etc, etc, etc. I'd be crying from happiness if I wasn't dead inside from all the times technology supplied by big corporations has betrayed me. I just wish this had happened 7 years ago.

i can't do it cap't. i was churning and stuff last night. not gunna do the last one. haven't thrown it away yet. thank you so much for keeping me company...rat, chosen1, ebo. i know it doesn't seem like much...but when you're in a town where you know absolutely no one...being able to read a few comments is not so lonely. i made cookies today, with mini m&m's and walnuts. they are so good. i am so glad at the very least, i can cook, not burn things. when i was a teenager, i forgot about some hotdog water i left to boil once. it boiled dry. my parents got home, stepfather bitched me out about how i coulda burnt the house down. i still forget about boiling water. yes, with all the times i have watched ff i really SHOULD know all the words. it really isn't as much fun watching by myself(for me). i never realised that until yesterday. i mean i will probably pop in a dvd within the next hour to bide some more time. last night i handwashed socks and other underwear...that's how bored i am. i couldn't play at yahoo because the mre had me making too many trips to the bathroom. oh, and i had one cigarette for the evening (for the whole day). i think that's pretty good.
