DragonCon and the Wild Ride

I've been reticent in giving any details as to whether or not I'll(we'll) make it to D*C this year. For the record, I'll be there. Why would I hold back only to say it out loud now? A sudden feeling of apathy as to whether or not the wrong people know at this point...probably joined with my wife's birth last night of a baby girl. I wish them the best, and in the same breath, no longer care what she thinks of my leisure activities. (Before I'm branded a louse for all time...we've been seperated for almost 15 months and that is not my daughter.) Sure, it's nobody's business, but I'm suddenly stricken with not caring very much.
