Subliminal conversion in progress

Encountered conversion resistance? I have a solution. Just broadwave subliminal messages to those around you, be it in your speech, dress code or going through the motions.

Believe me, it works, for as of today I've gotten two of my co-workers saying "shiny" whenever something's going right.
