| Haken: Don't snort it because you might get water into your lungs. What you do is tilt your head so that one nostril is on top and the other is on the bottom. Pour the water into the top nostril and let it flow through your sinus and out the lower nostril. The key is to to RELAX and breath through your mouth while the water flows through your sinus. When it feels like you have to take a break, stop, tilt your head back to normal, and blow any water that's left out your nose.
