I run Firefly Night at SpiderHouse every Tuesday night in Austin TX. I started out as a Buffy fan, and got sucked into Firefly when it came out on DVD (because it was woefully mis-marketed and looked not interesting in the tv ads!). Imagine my surprise when I suddenly decided that Firefly was even BETTER than Buffy! I know, it's crazy, right?? Anyway, now I'm pretty much a hardcore Browncoat and I'm committed to showing Firefly every Tuesday until Serenity hits the big screen. I've missed all the advanced screenings because I'm holding out for the finished product, but I was lucky enough to meet Nathan Fillion and Ron Glass when they came to Austin to guest at the first advance screening here, and they were awesome! Didja *know* Nathan Fillion had blue eyes?!
