I'm a new convert. My brother has Firefly and Serenity on DVD and he let me watch them last week. Now let me tell you that I am a HARDCORE CSI fan. I've been watching CSI for nearly four years. I love all the fictional crime shows. But I didn't even get through the first episode on the first disc before I almost as deep in love with Firefly as I am with CSI. I say almost cuz I've loved CSI for years.

And then my brother filled me in on what had happened with Fox and the idiots over there and I was !

I'm 23 and still living with my parents. Long story, don't ask. My brother lent me his copies of Firefly and Serenity and I didn't even finish the first episode on the first disk before I was in love.

Being a hardcore CSI fan for years now, there have been a few shows that tried to catch my attention since I discovered CSI (i.e. Numbers, Criminal minds...) and I love them too, but CSI always held my heart. Until Firefly.

I was convinced that I would never stray from my beloved CSI. Nothing else would ever come close to it. And then I watched Firefly. An hour into it I was more deeply in love than all the years I had spent on CSI. Don't get my wrong... I love CSI and all my other crime shows and I always will. But I fell for Firefly much faster.

The hard part is dealing with the fact that it's no longer on. But if I have anything to say about it... it will be again!! RAWR! Lol. I've been silent all my life. Never bothered to register to vote or anything (course the George Bush thing made me regret that) but now... I've found something worth talking about and GORRAMIT! the world will hear me! MWAHAHAHAHA*coughcough*.
