I would tell you what's new, but there isn't anything new. Still work, school, work, school. A new friend, but not *friend* so don't get your hopes up. I started writing Heartbroken: Meili Long using Rowan and found myself careening back to the first post on Gunrunners.
I've seen some of you around, but haven't had a chance to get back. Ciara, I got your note, but wasn't sure how to respond to the "highly regarded" so I didn't. I mean Heartbroken was fun, but it was just something I wrote.
Maniac's been trying to give me snoogles on the taglog... I think. I did chat with Squee recently too. She's doing pretty well, but is as up to *HERE* with school as I am. And DeeDee and I traded some lines too about beads and cats and friends in crisis...
But you know, it's not the same. Vacation is nice, but my fingers are starting to get a little itchy.
Looking forward to June... probably more than I'm looking forward to September. Dong ma?

Channy: I know what ya mean sweetie! I been a hermit for 3 months or so. Haven't spent much on the comp, I've been mostly kitbashing up some new ships for the Dragonfly thingy {pics of Works In Progress soon} and the Universe that Debs and I are building {over 300 pages of background stories and 'segment' details - WHEW!!!}
It is nearing time to get back into contact with folks and re-connect!
Means I gotta read the last several ACTs and OCCs to refresh me brain - not that I ain't fresh enuff already me pretties.

Ah my friends -
Me has been gearing up to make the move from Florida to Indiana, and cutting all my ties here. Wrapping things up, quitting my job, saying goodbye to so many people and places from the last 18 years.
It is a sad, busy and scary time for me right now, and I miss you all. I am sooooo looking forward to our reunion in June.
Decoy bless his heart, will be on the road by then. We are searching desparately for the best ways to allow him to keep up with us and participate. We have a couple of options, one of which is just to have me email him your posts and have him email me responses to post back. That is worst case, but will do ... and he misses you too, trust me.

Ahh, Channain, you are correct in your snuggle assessment. Miss you too. I come here and do the same thing that you do... scan the page for the Gunrunners posts, then over to the Firefly Universe link. It's an almost daily ritual... I've been weaning myself away till June though. It was too hard coming several times a day.
And Capn, I thought I smelled somethin' fresh. Was that you? 
I need to reread a touch my own self.
Merz, I have heard some pretty wild and weird things coming out of FL the last decade or 2. Now that yer going, what are all the crazy Floridians going to do without their leader?

I guess they will just have to be sane and sedate. Watch out for the news from Indiana now, cause there is where I will be spreading my particular brand of havoc now.

Heh. . .the job was fun. But, I get a ferret, so it's all goody. I'm calling him Daxter (any gamer will understand this name, and possibly roll their eyes).
On that note. . .I gradiate tommorah! yippee skidoo. I've only slept about six hours of the past forty-eight. . .or is it seventy-two. Eh. Mountain Dew helps. Monsters' better.
