Since I am still waiting for "Serenity" to air, I only have six episodes to rank.
1) "Our Mrs. Reynolds": special hell place, Darla-like antagonist, that steamy scene with Saffron and Inara!!!
2) "Out of Gas": Apollo 13-style accident, sex in the engine room, funny whore stories!!!
3) "Jaynestown": Robin Hood folk songs, Kaylee getting Simon drunk, biblical plausibilness!!!
4) "Shindig": gosha, dress bought from a store, no backing down from a fight!!!
5) "The Train Job": problem with brain being missing, reputation only gossip, that's sweet!!!
6) "Bushwhacked": a real beast, definitely the legs, what's with the suit?!!!
I've enjoyed all these episodes really. Yes, I did think "Bushwhacked" could have been better, but I wasn't going to change the channel.

Out of Gas, definitely.
Has the best parts of B5 and Downbelow Station.
Worst, I thought, was Shindig. It made the crew look like stupid lumps. Humor is OK, but not when it's cutting the characters down so relentlessly.
