Mark Sheppard Appears In This Week's 'Shindig'

Most well-known for his role as Bob the Caretaker/Cecil L'Ively, the "Fire" guy, in The X-Files season one episode, Fire, English born actor Mark Sheppard has made a name for himself portraying colorful and most definately interesting characters on other television series that are a staple of the 90's and New Millennium generation of television viewers. So it comes as no surprise to his fans that he'll be appearing in this week's episode Shindig. And that's not all, we'll also be seeing him in Firefly original pilot, Serenity, to air on December 20th.

In Shindig Mal defends Inara's honor, but unintentionally challenges her date, Atherton Wing, to a duel. Inara must then teach Mal how to use a sword, while the rest of the Serenity crew are taken hostage by the ruthless crimelord Badger (Mark Sheppard).
