I recently saw a quick clip of the upcoming film Free Guy, and then looked it up.
It is about a guy named Guy who is a NPC in a video game, so his deaths do not count against any of the paying players.


So now I finally got the reference to GUY Fleuggel playing Roc Ingersol, played by Sam Rockwell.


I had gotten the names like Tawny Madison, a fairly obvious porn name reference, but I had never really got the Guy referecne to generic guy, until now.
