Wasn't that flooding just scads of fun, she asked rhetorically. Next Saturday, 96.5 The Planet is hosting an event called "Back to the Bottom", to raise money for the Shockoe Bottom businesses that were utterly decimated by Gaston's unexpectedly extended visit. There's info here: http://965theplanet.com/cgi-bin/info.cgi?Type=event&id=1556007 It's down at the Farmers' Market at 17th and Main and I, naturally, will be there. Come on down and say howdy, and don't forget your call, i.e. you say 'we have done the impossible' and I'll respond 'and that makes us mighty'. I'm at the NW corner of the Market, hocking my goat milk soaps.

Hey Mary!

Sounds like fun. John Boy & Billy are going to be there too? A shindig in the Bottom.

Which booth # are you in again Mary or does it vary?

"May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one."
