Wow!Thank you so much Gossi.What a great post that was!I was in tears by the end of it.I really had no clue that any of the BDH's had ever posted on this or any other fansite.Although I do seem to remember Joss posting on at least one occasion.Would you let us know if there are any other cast members or even production staff that have posted here?

Thought someone said that none of the Firefly cast had accounts here. Only heard that Joss occasionally posted stuff on whedonesque. Well, guess I was wrong. Well, been a couple of years since this post, but glad to see our BDH actually occasionally check the site out.

Well, Im just ranting by now, so ill just finish with a; Cool, and I hope we hear from Mrs. Staite again, but also from the rest of our heroes.

That rocks so effing hard...

2004... dude, I wish I had been here so bad. My ass was off getting shot at for a career that was ultimately swept right out from under my feet. If I could go back, I swear, I would have enlisted as a Browncoat instead of a grunt.

I really want to go on a rant right now, this subject brings up all sortsa hostile feelings.

My country kicked me out on my ass without so much as a "thank you!", so first off, FUCK the Army suits. Second, FireFly took the shattered remains of what pathetic civilian life I had afterwards and helped be peice them back together. My friends and family couldn't handle me after I got discharged, I lived out of my FUCKING car for almsot 5 months, and the only FUCKING thing I had was the feeling this show gave me.

I got a job now, two raises in less than a year, I'm going into the National Guard, and my family lets me live and visit with them. Everything's nice again, but I will never forget the only thing I had when everything else was gone. These actors, they got no idea how much better they made people's lives through doing this show, they got not clue how much making a tragic situation look like the was something sweet and serene hidden in it gave people strength to live. And I bet people who get this much from a TV show scare the hell out of them.

Oh fucking well. God bless that cast, God bless the crew, God bless anyone who ever did anything for that show.

Jewel has 5 posts here I believe. Jewel also has her own blog elsewhere on the internet, and she's on Myspace. (She also went to a shindig in Canada).

Alan has one post here, I think he posted as JoeBlogs or somesuch.

Adam Baldwin has 20,000+ posts on the Firefly Prospero board. Nathan also occasionally posts there.

Summer's mum lurks and posts here, I believe.

Nathan and Joss both have many posts on the old Browncoats board - SerenityMovie.org under Archive at the top right.

I would dearly love to see Jewel back in those cute coveralls tinkering with that crazy engine on the boat... I will be watching Serenity (the pilot) tonight..... for the .....ummmm, i've lost count how many times now.....

If the Cons could have moved to the east coast, I would not feel like such a wasted Browncoat. I could have met a few of the actors and done more for the cause. Alas, I could only buy as much Firefly/Serenity stuff as I could afford. As well as watch Firefly when it originally aired on what is now a stupid and useless network!
