Disney's new Star Wars movie fails hard and nobody even cares enough to report on it...

Amid your obsession with Disney, you have not mentioned Revolutionary America.
It debuted on Sunday in 12th place. With a top 6 of $ per screen. That was with a fraction of the theaters. My local cinema had one single showing, at 3:30, and ditto for the next 3 nearest locations. On monday, it moved up to 11th, and the same single showing for me locally. The 3rd date was supposed to be today, Wed. - at the same time. i could not make it Sunday or Monday, so went today. The showing was not present, although the wed had said it would be.
The same local cinema had 10 showings per day of Mandalorian. I'm not sure if that means 1st or 2nd rank for everything showing at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, for RA.
Neither day had 10x the $ per screen of RA, to compensate for the extra screenings. I'd expect any other film to have 4 or 5 screenings per day, including evening shows.

Not really an obsession... I haven't paid much attention to movies for the last two years, really.
I'm just loving watching Disney finally realize that they've destroyed their $4 Billion golden goose and I was only paying attention to the two very low budget movies that are embarrassing it.
I think I've already been pretty clear about my thoughts on so-called documentaries. Since I have no interest in them at all, and I've hardly paid attention to or posted about box office numbers in years, I'm not surprised that I didn't know this movie was in theaters.
