To make it specific: RFK Jr and noted vaccine skeptic, David Geier, are the enemy and this is not equivalent to dropping a nuke: "It has become clear that truth and transparency are not desired by the secretary (RFK Jr) but rather he wishes subservient confirmation of his misinformation and lies," Dr. Peter Marks wrote in his letter of resignation, which was obtained by NPR.

After Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Trump economic adviser Kevin Hassett said in recent weeks that only about 10 or 15 countries — or the “dirty 15,” as Bessent put it — would face reciprocal tariffs, Trump said Wednesday that actually every country will be hit with a tariff.
The president similarly undercut Lutnick earlier this month, after the Commerce secretary suggested Canada and Mexico might avoid the full 25 percent Trump had threatened over border security and fentanyl — though two people close to the president said Lutnick was freelancing and has since been told to stay on message. Trump went ahead and slapped that duty on the two North American neighbors on March 4, but then paused much of it a day later and exempted certain goods — a rollercoaster of announcements that left many businesses and investors unsure about how the new tariffs would work.
Indeed, Trump has continued to shift the scope, targets and timeline of his tariffs at a whiplash-inducing pace. The duties he promised, pre-inauguration, to levy on Canada and Mexico his first day in office shifted to Feb. 1, then Feb. 4, then March 4, before being largely rolled back until April 2. There is little clarity about what parts of those tariffs — which could hit more than $1 trillion worth of trade — will go into effect next week.
“No one knows what the fuck is going on,” said one White House ally close to Trump’s inner circle, granted anonymity to speak freely. “What are they going to tariff? Who are they gonna tariff and at what rates? Like, the very basic questions haven’t been answered yet.”

Two Diets Linked to Optimal Aging
The study, recently published in Nature Medicine, examined the midlife diets and health outcomes of more than 105,000 middle-aged women and men aged 39 to 69 over 30 years.
The team evaluated how effectively the participants adhered to eight different largely-plant-based diets: the Alternative Health Eating Index (AHEI), the Alternative Mediterranean Diet (aMED), the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension diet (DASH), the MIND diet, the Healthful Plant-Based Diet, the Planetary Health Diet Index, the Empirically Inflammatory Dietary Pattern, and the Empirical Dietary Index for Hyperinsulinemia.
Of the participants, 10 percent were identified as aging healthfully and followed the eight diets. Those who closely followed the AEHI and PHDI diets were linked with optimal healthy aging patterns.
The AHEI diet was found to be especially beneficial. It was developed to prevent chronic disease and emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, legumes, and healthy fats while limiting red meat, refined grains, and sugar.
Participants scoring highest on this diet were found to have an 86 percent greater likelihood of healthy aging by age 70 and a 2.2-fold higher likelihood by age 75 compared to those with the lowest scores. The PHDI diet also emphasizes plant-based foods and reduces animal-based food intake.
Other diets researchers looked at that were linked to healthy aging were the aMED which follows the Mediterranean model and the DASH diet. The aMED diet prioritizes olive oil, nuts, whole grains, and moderate fish intake. DASH is known for lowering blood pressure and focuses on fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy.
“Maintaining a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, unsaturated fats, nuts, and legumes during mid-life is linked to a higher likelihood of healthy aging along with better cognitive, physical, and mental health,” Guasch-Ferré told The Epoch Times.
Conversely, higher consumption of ultra-processed foods, particularly processed meats and sugary beverages, was linked to a decreased chance of aging healthfully.

That didn't seem like such a bad strategy when all you Democrats were doing that back in 2017 when the world seemed out to get Trump.
Things are a lot different now. You might be finding yourselves walking out of doors that you're never allowed back into after you've left. Possibly attached to buildings that were sold off to private investors after the alphabet agency you used to work for is shut down and off the dockets for good.
Once you've left, you've lost any vantage point that means anything. The only thing you can do from the outside is burn a Tesla down. And I would strongly advise against anyone doing that with what's going to start coming to the people already filmed in 4k at multiple angles doing it.

RFK Jr gave Dr Peter Marks choices a) resign or b) termination. There was no c) continue employment. Dr Peter Marks could have created choice d) death for RFK Jr. but Democrats have amnesia (or find it repulsive) by how WWII and Civil War were won with choice d) death for your enemy.

A few years back in Yosemite there was a problem with bears getting into trash cans and people said 'why not make the cans more complex?' And a ranger said 'because there is significant overlap between the smartest bear and dumbest human' and this administration feels like that quote to me.
