I've already explained that unless we've got Oppenheimer cash or it goes over a billion, there's nothing at all for anybody to celebrate here. The people who have been shitting their pants for the last 6 months wondering if they were going to lose it all are going to think a lot harder before they gamble with their money again.

Venture Capital is gone. Producers actually have to produce money again. From real people. Real companies. Real investors.

This movie makes money after the last 40 woke movies flopped hard.

The people with the money are tracking all of this closer than you or I ever possibly could. It doesn't matter what the media has to say about anything to them.



And at the end of the day, what is the lesson here anyway?

Don't make a woke movie unless you spend $250 Million and hire Christopher Nolan on as director?

You can be sure as fuck that if Nia DeCosta directed this, it would have pulled Supergirl numbers if it was lucky.

Honestly, watching this play out and seeing how many (primarily lefty) sheep went out to pay good money to see this shit when even most of them admit was a fucking snorefest was just watching a very miniature version of the entire Covid-19 scenario play out all over again.

They will keep feeding people shit like They Odysuck until they stop paying for it.
