Further Update on the North Carolina Premiere Party!!

I just got off the phone with the gentleman in charge of distribution to North Carolina. He informed me that there has not even been a release/distribution pattern discussed at this time, but he was genuinely pleased to hear directly from a fan as to how highly anticipated "Serenity" is. He was thrilled to hear that there are large numbers of us who would like to make this release a major event. . .not just lining up outside the theatre the day before, but some venues having big shindigs prior to, etc. etc. etc.

I told him that I spoke for a very large and growing group of fans who wanted to see this happen, and he took me at my word and gave me his assurance that he would "put the bug in the boss' ear" regarding this matter. He said that he was confident that they'd be able to distribute "Serenity" to one or perhaps TWO of our three selected venues, and he wanted me to continue to contact him for updates so we could better nail something down.

Ladies and menfolk. . .I believe we MIGHT have us a big-assed party in North Carolina.

I'm all the way up in Indiana, but my son lives in South Carolina (Spartansburg area). I could take a few days off work to see him, and swing on up north on the 22nd.......
