Where is that post I made about how effective Primaries were for each state?
Like around 2016, or maybe 2012?
Like in 1980, when Iowa had the opportunity to vote for the best conservative President in our lifetimes, AND DID NOT.
Which states have voted for a GoP candidate who was a winner?
Meaning voted Reagan in 1980, Bush in 1988, Bush in 2000, Trump in 2016?
Every other vote was a failure, in non-incumbent cycles.

Yeah... Slavery by itself actually wasn't the "cause" of the Civil War, but the average American is stupid and uneducated and wouldn't have any idea about that. Particularly the people who watch SNL and would have seen this live.

Yep. You probably should have, Haley. The fact that you thought it was your job to educate anybody about the Civil War and that knowing your answer that wasn't simply "slavery" when asked the question the first time wasn't going to be used against you by the Media for the next few weeks and the fact that you'd go on SNL to say this now is just more evidence that you'd never be a good fit for President.
I really don't know what this SNL appearance was about. The only people who vote for Haley in the primaries are Democrats, sure... But they're never going to vote for her in the General, and there's never going to be enough Democrats voting in any state primaries to put her above Trump.
Truly a strange event.
Probably the only Republican that has been on SNL in the last decade?
Although I'm sure they'd love to have Liz Cheney, John Bolton, anybody running The Lincoln Project and John McCain's corpse if they were available.

Or does she know she’s about to get thrashed again and doesn’t care? If she's about to be pummeled, she might as well go out having fun. Based on her Iowa and New Hampshire speeches, you could argue that she feels this could help humanize her more with voters. And given that her strategy is now centered on appealing to left-leaning voters, SNL would be the optimal show for a guest cold opening.
But we all know what’s coming: the woman is bound to be obliterated in Nevada and South Carolina. I don’t even need to go into Super Tuesday. One would hope that someone in her inner circle is trying to bring this woman back to reality by strongly advising her to drop out before the Palmetto State showdown, where Trump is going to eviscerate her by at least 25 points.
Haley isn’t the captain of the Titanic. She sees the iceberg and has time to change course. She can drop out now and leave this race with some dignity.
