Yeah. I broke the news to you, idiot.
Trump will be fine. He will also be your next President.

Beat you to it, Ted.
Save your celebration. Just like Trump won't pay a dime to Carroll, he's not going to pay a dime of this after the appeal either.
Nope, I've mentioned and posted about it in two different threads before you posted this. One of the things the judge said is that Trumps defense was nothing more than to deny and keep denying, even though the evidence said otherwise.
He used the term out of touch with reality when describing Trump. And that's what you do moron. Trumps business in NY lost its battle last year in the courts. It was fined and his CFO was jailed. Trump university lost its battle in the courts last year. It was shut down and he was fined millions. Trumps charity was shut down and fined for the same thing.
He lost his battle in the courts in the E jean Carol case and ordered to pay 83 million in total for both trials. He lost this NY fraud case and the judge ordered him to pay 350 million. Further, each of his sons must pay 5 million each, and none can do business in NY for 3 years.
I probably missed a few but hey, there is plenty more where that came from.
Trump like you Jack just keeps saying he is innocent and the courts keep pounding the shit out of him. You say the same here, Trump will be fine. So, I keep pounding the shit out of you for it. Up your game stupid. And when all is said and done it's more like 453 million.
Stay tuned moron, so much more to come. Can you say Trump is a loser? I can, I can say Trump is a loser.

Republicans begin to target Putin ‘apologists’ in their midst
The confluence of events has suddenly led to some stark comments from the more anti-Putin wing of the Republican Party, which set about deriding any Putin apologists and Russian propagandists in their midst.

The damages against Donald Trump in his business fraud case have been accumulating interest at a 9% annual rate for several years:
On profits from the sale of the Old Post Office: interest has been owed since May 2022.
On profits from the sale of Ferry Point: interest has been owed since June 2023.
On everything else: interest has been owed since March 2019.
This all comes to $98.6 million so far, bumping Trump's fine to $454 million. It will continue rising by about $2.7 million per month while appeals are ongoing, which means Trump is likely to owe more than $500 million if he ultimately loses his appeals and the amount of the fine stands.
1 - We got to see if all the screaming about terrorists all over the world wanting to hurt us is true. Why? With Trump, the president had very soft targets all over the world. Firing a few rifle shots at golfers at a Trump course would cripple play (and money flow). A bomb at the door of a Trump building would hurt business. You wouldn't even have to hurt anybody.
Did that happen? No!
2 - A lifetime criminal put himself in the biggest spotlight in the world. BAD IDEA. His criminal past will get exposed and prosecuted.
Did that happen? The accountability for being a criminal is happening right now.

Yeah. He's not going to pay any of that.
He'll get a legitimate appeal case that doesn't include an activist judge.
Trump will be fine. He will also be your next President.

Watch for a foreign country to step in and pay it off so Trumps in their back pocket. So in effect, they own the White House.

Trump will be fine. He will also be your next President.
Judge Arthur Engoron’s final, stinging judgment revealed four foundational codes that explain Trump’s (and average Trumptards') tumultuous path through life.
• Trump thinks rules are for other people.
• If reality doesn’t get the ex-president what he wants, he conjures a new one.
• Trump is compelled to fight.
• And when accountability finally arrives, he sees justice as an act of persecution by his enemies.
These Trump traits leap out of a staggering 92-page ruling handed down by Engoron, which left Trump facing a half-billion-dollar hole in his finances because of penalties and obligations in this and other cases.

ruling-imposing-over-350-million-against-trump
The judge encapsulated the former president’s brazen refusal to play by the same rules under which everyone else must live — and that in this case are the key to a functioning banking and economic system — with the words: “The frauds found here leap off the page and shock the conscience.”
But evidence never swayed Trump or his Trumptards before and will not now, despite his crushing defeat. Whenever he loses, he just doubles down with a bigger falsehood, as do his Trumptards — in this case, that a fair legal process was simply a political attack by President Joe Biden.

The banks made the terms of the loans, were happy with the terms of the loans and the money was paid back.
There is no problem here. Trump didn't do anything, let alone anything wrong.
He simply won't pay a dime of this.
You need to stop talking about how other people are living their lives wrong when its you who is always wrong about everything he posts.

Defendants (1) allege that the statements were completely or substantially correct; and
(2) crow that the borrowers paid back all loans fully and on time.
Common Law Fraud
The instant action is not a garden-variety common law fraud case. Common law fraud (also known as “misrepresentation”) has five elements:
(1) A material statement;
(2) falsity;
(3) knowledge of the falsity (“scienter”);
(4) justifiable reliance; and
(5) damages.

The judge in question is not a legitimate judge. He is an activist.
This will be thrown out in appeals court, as will the Carroll verdict.
Period.
