IMHO all religions are based on core beliefs. And being belief-based, there's no way to separate cults from "real" religions. I don't know if the Flying Spaghetti Monster is any less real than Buddha or Jesus or any of the other gods and gods' messengers that people believe in.
It's all a matter of social acceptability and common morality, and that varies from society to society.

That is not to say all muslims are evil or terrorists, some single muslims have quality as people but there is something very wrong with their so called religion.

A young Pakistani couple with kids moved in right by my old man. I guess they're real cool. The wife was grateful to my step mom for being the first person to come over and visit, and I guess she makes them food all the time. The old man tells me that she dresses normal except for when her parents come over, then she's wearing all that ridiculous shit.
