Unfortunately, Putin has not yet provided that proof, although he could, which would end all confusion and controversy about Putin's goals being identical to Dugin's.
I'd also like to see proof that Trump paid more than zero income taxes over the last 20 years, and he could provide such proof, but he hasn't despite saying before he was elected that he would release his income tax returns.
It is peculiar how Trump's tax returns are excluded from "U.S. President, Vice President, Candidate Tax Returns" but no more peculiar than what Putin refuses to reveal about his philosophy. For two guys who talked for tens of thousands of hours, they do have so many unexplained mysteries in their sneaking lives that they won't talk about.

Putin could prove a negative by declaring he rejects Dugin's philosophy that Russians should rule over the Eurasian continent. That would be a pretty easy lie for Putin, but he could make the statement more believable by jailing or assassinating Dugin. Putin has done that kind of thing to his critics.

1) The IRS said it doesn't collect $1 trillion per year because, you know, they got the returns but the IRS doesn't audit them. Tax payers are treated by the IRS as if they were honorable, honest, accurate accountants, but the tax payers who are NOT can then underpay by $1 trillion per year. That includes Trump.

2) Saddam Hussein (and Uday Hussein and Qusay Hussein) got executed, not because they couldn't prove they had no WMD, but because they got crosswise with men who had murderous intentions. Lawyers care about WMDs, but killers have very hard and solid reasons, which don't involve gaseous talk about WMDS, to kill.
3) Putin has murderous intentions. His "reasons" given to the press for "special military operations" are not the true reasons he kills.

To call Putin a killer, though, is to reduce Russia's problems to the size of Putin's compact body. The system he has built will likely still be there long after he is gone, and it will keep killing, even if Russia's next leader makes an attempt at liberalization.
