Hezbollah's tunnel infrastructure, weaponry, and training are not geared for invasion, and they make no terriorial claims against Israel. But, conversely, Israel makes territorial claims against all nations surrounding it, including Egypt, Jordan, Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon. The Israelis have always adopted "overwhelming violence" as their mantra for peace!
Poor Lebanon. I think the weakness that prevents it from ever gelling as a nation is that it has no border defense. It's constantly being used as a dumping ground for refugees and meddlers, from Palestinians to extremist Sunni Muslims fleeing Syria.
