If the USA somehow magically improves it would be their 4th title, Four years ago Netherlands, Sweden, England were also good teams but perhaps are getting better as the USA got worse, Norway, Japan and Spain also improved from 4 years ago, Denmark and Morocco, Jamaica, South Africa, Colombia didn't even have a place at the World Cup 4 years ago so they have grown. I think any of the last 16 would have the ability to beat the USA Team. The Chinese Soccer Team is not as impressive as it once used to be, Germany was a former champion but weaker today so outside of politics it seems teams rise and fall naturally it is not just a USA problem.
