Seems t he Commiefornia emergency responders in fear of breaking Corona Lockdown rule allow patient to die. They arrived at a care facility and insisted they could not enter the building and that staff had to move the possible Covid patient outside before they could administer care.

A police officer helped to move the bed while staff administered CPR, it was a cluster f--k of regulation bureaucracy obedience by the book until they got the patient outside. Patient ended up dying. Having the officer’s body cam video backed up the staff and officer’s version of events.
