I know that free speech disturbs a bunch of libtards here, and that they want to get rid of it right away, but free speech clause protects them, too, when they post hate speech or idiocies.
It doesn't protect defamation, tho. Might want to keep that in mind.
You can call someone a "he" if that's what they look like, or "she". You're not required to guess anyone's preferred pronoun.
You can "microagress" as long as it doesn't fall into the realm of "threat" (assault, in CA)
You can also question election results or dispute them.
