You've posted how people in car accidents WHO DIDN'T EVEN DIE are listed as COVID-19 deaths. Unless you want everyone to think that one single instance you highlighted is just that - one single, and therefore rare instance - I'm taking you at your word that people routinely aren't even dying who are listed as COVID-19 deaths.
