Biden" is nothing but a meat puppet who mangles even simple statements like "40 pct of the women in my administration are women". Hes so deluded he thinks he's in charge and wants to run again in 2024, horrifying a majority of Dems.
And his administration is packed wall-to-wall with quislings and incompetents who care more about Ukraine than the United States.

On Tuesday night, while the older guy they routinely describe as “senile” was energetically promoting hope and ideas that might make the country a better place, performative outrage was, again, all GOP lawmakers had.
In the Republican rebuttal to Biden’s address, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders said: “The dividing line in America is no longer between right or left. The choice is between normal or crazy.”
She’s not wrong. But I don’t think she understands which side the American people see as crazy. (Hint: It’s the side that let itself get outfoxed on live TV by a president they keep calling old and incompetent.)
At one point, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene shouted “LIAR!” at Biden. When the president was speaking about a man who lost his child to a fentanyl overdose, Republicans began shouting Biden down, one yelling, “It’s your fault!”
Biden responded by asking Republicans to join him and launch “a major surge” to stop fentanyl production and provide border agents with “more drug detection machines to inspect cargo.”
That, of course, shut the Republicans up, because they don’t want to consider a solution, they just want to have something to holler about.

Apparently, President Biden is fond of the British Parliament's tradition of Question Time because that is what the State of the Union address resembled. The crowd heckled him and he heckled them back — with a big grin on his face.
Biden's finest moment came about halfway through when he baited Republicans about Social Security and Medicare. Some of you guys want to cut it, he taunted. When they rolled their eyes and yelled back, he turned it around on them and got a huge bipartisan cheer for never cutting either program. We've got unanimity, he said, with just the slightest trace of mockery in his voice.
Otherwise, the speech was fine. Biden stumbled a few times, but not in any big way. He didn't present a laundry list of stuff he wanted to accomplish but instead bragged about all the stuff he had already gotten done. Then he'd yell out let's finish the job along with some (usually) minor asks.
So it was a modest speech, with no pretense that he was going to get much done with a Republican Congress in place. But it was also a friendly speech, delivered as if he was sitting in your living room with you. That probably went over pretty well.

I am talking about something completely different when it is self-control. You are an alcoholic. Your friend was a drug addict, now dead. Both had to know what alcohol and heroin will do to you by the time you graduated from elementary school, but that didn't stop you from walking right up to the edge of oblivion. One of you stepped over the edge and fell to your death. I've noticed that many people fall and the government can't stop them. Nobody can, but themselves. The exact same thing is true of other things such as speeding and guns. The government can make legal limits, such as highway speed limits and limits on who can own a machine gun, but it can't stop people who intend to obliterate themselves and others. That takes self-control. Same thing with marriage. There are laws and there are police and social workers, but that does not stop people from blowing up their own marriages. Preventing the self-destruction of a family requires self-control, which is in short supply among Americans who believe they should live free. Their idea of freedom ends up meaning nobody controls them, not even themselves, or more succinctly, no self-control.
