Your problem, Ted, is that all your doing is counting the Flag Football games that don't mean anything no matter how high the scorecard goes in your favor. At the end of the day, these are all low-level court cases brought about by activist judges.

And just like I told you would happen, every time this stuff gets fast tracked on upward by the Democratic Party that is so very desperate for a win on ANYTHING right now, they get reversed and Trump gets more powerful while your party looks even weaker and more petty.

Do you actually realize how much has changed so far this year, regarding the outcome of various Supreme Court cases that have not gone in your party's favor? Things that are written in stone or might as well be with how hard it would be to change them now...


And your party keeps doing it. And doing it. And doing it. And doing it.

And I'm sitting here on the sidelines just wondering what the fuck they're thinking and why they can't help themselves and stop it.

They appear to have lost any and all ability to think strategically and bide their time in 2025.

And I don't think that's just the desperation. It's going on 2 decades of the media throwing their full support behind not only the Democratic Party, but of all the ultra-Leftist stuff that I know even you don't agree with as well, and the fact that they are so used to getting their way on any issue just by throwing a tantrum or a race card or a sex card or emotional blackmail out there that nobody would stand up against them.

And all of that stopped working overnight.

If anything, you should hope that your party stops bringing all these cases to court.

Most of them aren't the popular opinion in the first place, and even those that are should at least be held onto until there is a much more favorable social/cultural environment/moment to Democrats than where we're at right now.

It's pure lunacy to keep doing what they're doing, and one day they're going to wake up after this little bender/bout of insanity and have so many regrets about what they've done to themselves and their future.

NBC NEWS: Supreme Court allows Trump to swiftly deport certain immigrants to 'third countries'

The Trump administration sought to overturn a judge's ruling that imposed a legal process for deporting convicted criminals to places other than their countries of origin.

The three liberal justices on the conservative-majority court all dissented.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in a dissenting opinion that the court had stepped in "to grant the government emergency relief from an order it has repeatedly defied."

She said the court was "rewarding lawlessness" by allowing the Trump administration to violate immigrants' due process rights.

The fact that "thousands will suffer violence in far-flung locales" is less important to the conservative majority than the "remote possibility" that the judge had exceeded his authority, Sotomayor said.

Massachusetts-based U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy, who has come under heavy fire from MAGA world for his decisions in the case, later clarified that people should have at least 10 days to bring a claim.

As Sotomayor referred to, Murphy recently said the administration had violated his previous order by flying eight migrants to South Sudan. The men are being held in a U.S. facility in Djibouti while the litigation continues.

The unnamed plaintiffs, Murphy wrote in his original April decision, are merely seeking "an opportunity to explain why such a deportation will likely result in their persecution, torture and/or death."

All those potentially affected by the litigation are already subject to deportation but cannot be sent to their countries of origin. Murphy's rulings, like other cases that have arisen as a result of the Trump administration's hard-line immigration policy, focus solely on what legal process they receive before they can be deported.

His order required detainees to be given notice if the government intends to send them to entirely different countries, to their countries of origin or to alternative countries that the government had indicated they could be sent to.
