Washington — A federal judge on Tuesday found that Elon Musk and the White House's Department of Government Efficiency likely violated the Constitution when they unilaterally acted to shut down the U.S. Agency for International Development.
U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of a group of more than two dozen unnamed current and former USAID employees and contractors who had challenged the efforts to shutter USAID, which were mounted by DOGE and Musk, a senior White House adviser who President Trump has said is the leader of the task force.
Chuang granted in part their request for a preliminary injunction and said in a 68-page decision that DOGE and Musk likely violated the Constitution's Appointments Clause and separation of powers.
He ordered Musk and task force employees to reinstate access to email, payment and other electronic systems to all current USAID employees and personal services contractors. The judge also prevented DOGE and Musk from taking any action relating to the shutdown of USAID, including placing employees on administrative leave, firing USAID workers, closing its buildings, bureaus or offices, and deleting the contents of its websites or collections.

We'll weed out all of the bad actors and the Supreme Court should be able to make all of this the law of the land going forward in record time.
If Democrats were smart, they'd be slow-walking all of this stuff for at least the next 2 years if they can't manage to show any real impulse control.
But that's not what Democrats do. They're the party if empty platitudes and immediate self-gratification.
Trump knows this, and he's manipulating the hell out of all of you.
Go back through your thread, case by case, and do the follow ups on all of them that your clickbait farms never bother doing.
Once these cases get an appeal hearing that isn't in a 99% Democratic Voting district with Obama/Biden*/Clinton planted judges, Trump has nearly a 100% record winning these cases on the back-end where it matters.

Trump wins 99 out of 100 of these on appeal and the best ones get kicked up to the Supreme Court where they become law going forward.

The Supreme Court does not write law. They only interpret it. In the United States, the United States Congress, specifically the House of Representatives and the Senate, is the lawmaking branch of the federal government, meaning they are responsible for writing and debating laws.
Apparently, you don't know this. If you did, you'd realize the laws congress write and wrote, and pass into law, show their intentions and that is what the Supreme court interprets. The intentions behind the law. And, can the president ignore them. Since the congress is an equal branch of the government the President can't ignore the law.

Exactly.
And they're going to interpret it the correct way. Just like all of the appellate judges below them have on 99% of the cases you've brought up so far in this thread that haven't made their way up to the Supreme Court.
Your cases are all brought up by activists of a failed regime, and the instances that any superior courts ever sided with them are so rare after the course going on 9 years now that you would have to do a ton of digging to even find 3 of them to bring back into this thread.
Consider yourself lucky that a lot of this judicial activism is getting shot down in these lower-level federal courts and they aren't all making it up to the Supreme Court. This is all still creating mountains of precedent against things Democrats want to do, but they don't hold as much meaning as if they were ruled properly against by the Supreme Court.
In the meantime, I suggest you take a few days off to just go back to the beginning of your little thread here and look over all of these cases for yourself and what happened after the Legacy Media stopped talking about them.
I've already told you what you'll find.
