Hiatus...hmm, another way of saying Disney blew it. I remember when Disney bought Lucasfilm, everyone was so thrilled, they were sure that Disney magic (and dollars) were going to create more epic classics, now it's on..."hiatus". I wonder if they're now going to find a way to fuck up Indiana Jones so that francize will end up on..."hiatus".

I never saw it either, but kind of hard to go on the internet and never hear about how bad it was.

I didn't care for it, but some fans did. I guess it had its moments, but once again, putting cherished characters who shined back in the 80's into similar scenarios 30-40 years later is just cringe. I adored Karen Allen back in the original Indy film, and fine enough to see her again, but man, it just wasn't the same. Not for me, it wasn't.
I get they want to give the fans a bucket of 'member-berries ', little reminders of things from the past in movies we loved, but I just didn't buy it.
Oh, and the crystal skull story ? Pretty weak.
