Keep in mind the following population percentiles:
White: 60.7%
Black: 12.1%
While whites make up 60.7%, they accounted for 43.1% of homicides in 2018.
While blacks make up 12.1%, they accounted for 52.5% of homicides in 2018.
(I had "Mexican" in here too, but removed it because none of the numbers add up from various sites, likely to the arbitrary and intentionally convoluted way they discern "non-hispanic" from "white".)
I'm sure the parents of many numerous kids mowed down in a gang related drive-bys thought it was pretty extreme and don't give two fucks what qualifies for lily-white Nilbog's definition of extreme.
It should also be pointed out that 23% of homicides in 2018 were committed by women, proving that women are indeed capable of anything and that we must come together and do the hard work to close the homicide-gap. Once we take down The Patriarchy the homicide gap will close because men and women are equal in every single way and gender is a social construct.

Hey, thanks for responding to the subject I was highlighting! I don't know where the rest got that I was terrified of New Jersey white supremacists, except to help downplay facts again.
You think they will EVER admit Nazi's exist?I think if they were accidentally caught up in some white supremacy plot and someone they knew was hurt or they themselves were damaged, they'd be in here complaining about Nazi's so fast it would make your head spin. They seem to never GET ANYTHING until they are affected personally. They can't learn from statistics alone because any stats they don't like they just dismiss as made up.
Anyways, it's clear that career criminals have neural issues, for a lot more reasons than that they can't figure out being a criminal isn't the best life path.

From frontal lobe damage (which a lot of abused kids have) to smaller brain size and genetic susceptibility to things like rage disorders or impulse control, it's clear that we should be brain scanning kids who are at risk of becoming offenders and providing ethics and behavioral therapy. It's every bit a treatment, same as with any other physical cause.
'Course, it would be great if their damaged parents didn't breed to begin with, but if you've got damaged impulse control it just begins another viscous cycle...
