That might have been true 10 or 20 years ago.
I think in 2019 most white males have become more than accustomed to being stepped on and have resigned themselves to it. We are, after all, the most hated class in the world right now... (At least according to the media. Not according to studies done on dating apps).
I'm sure the rich ones aren't feeling it much, but I can't speak to that.

nvrmind… there's no way the Left will stop, and this is the push back.
Sucks.
Hey, Trump loves it too. He's the world's leading stochastic terrorist.

But myths may take a long time to die, even when they're not matched by reality - if you work hard and smart, you're sure to get somewhere good. Think ... autoworkers, iron workers, skilled trades ... or even financialism. And if that's not how it goes, you've been cheated.
Growing up, that wasn't a guarantee women or people of color ever thought they had.

I was growing up when that house of cards was starting to fall down. I know I probably benefited from it in my late teens and early 20's. But I could probably attribute that just as much to a much better economy and a lot more worthwhile jobs out there in the late 90's and early 2000's.
There isn't much room in the job marketplace for rewarding based off of merit no matter what sex you are or what the color of your skin is in 2019.
Unions, sadly, don't count. I'd love to support them, but it's not what you know but who you know if you are going to get in one of them. It only makes sense. There is an extremely finite amount of Union jobs to go around. It's a small fraction of the total jobs out there.

It's not just the Left that is damaging and dangerous. It's ALL politicians and ALL media pundit hypesters and their big stupid mouths. They're all stoking fear and hatred based on economic classes, races, religion, and traditional cultural beliefs while they pursue their own selfish political and ideological agendas. Everybody at some point is being attacked for just being who they are. This victimization mindset can and will trigger retaliation and anti-social behavior among the unstable segments of the population. This weekend's 2 mass shootings is just the beginning of what promises to be a very violent run up to the 2020 election. I wish they'd ALL just STFU for 5 minutes.

Just 6.4% of workers in the private sector are unionized, compared with 16.8% in 1983. On the other hand, government employee unions, like those for teachers and postal workers, have remained fairly strong, with a small decline from about 37% of the workforce in 1983 to 34% in 2018.
The overall decline of union membership is partly the result of the changing composition of jobs in the US. Healthcare, restaurant, and hospitality jobs are among the fastest growing and, historically, these industries that have not had high unionization rates. By contrast, manufacturing, a much more organized sector, has been losing jobs over the past few decades.
Another contributor to unions’ reduced clout has been laws to make it more difficult to unionize, including “right-to-work” legislation passed in about half of US states. These laws stipulate that people who work in unionized workplaces do not have to join the union.
The US is not alone in seeing a fall in union membership. Across the rich world, nearly every country’s share of the unionized workers has declined, according to data from the OECD. The group notes that this is mostly the result of the shrinking manufacturing and public sectors, and the rise of contract-based jobs.
Recent economic research suggests the decline of unions is one of main reasons income inequality has risen over the past several decades. A 2018 study by economists at Princeton and Columbia found that since the 1930s, unionized workers have made about 15-20% more than similarly educated workers. Unions are able to gain this extra compensation by exerting collective power for workers who individually have little bargaining power.

So… anyone a campaign volunteer for a GOP Senator ? Cause, I don't recall all the fuss over Bernie's ballfield assassin , or those legions of folks who beat, assault conservatives on the orders of Maxine Waters, Barack Obama, and the gaggle of self obsessed divas from Hollywood who repeatedly talk of punching ( and worse ) our President.
Funny how the contrived outrage only goes one way, huh ?
