Half of the country doesn't see it that way.
And there is a GOP run Senate.
And Trump has outraised all Democrat candidates combined.
And since the day Pelosi made a statement about impeachment, Trump has raised nearly 4 times as much as Democrats have raised for the election.
This isn't going anywhere either.
Queue up the tax bullshit. Need something else to fill the news cycle once this one falls down the memory hole.
Do Right, Be Right. :)
Trump voters were in the habit of hitting "delete" long before Trump came along. That habit has materially damaged them. Everybody has taken advantage of their short memories, including bosses and banks and politicians, which made it easy for Trump to also take advantage of them by promising to "fix" the system. He didn't because the only real fix is to stop forgetting, which is something you, and only you, have all the control in the world.

Dude, you don't have a memory span more than 2 weeks.
Spare me your bullshit.
And then watch me be right about how 2020 turns out as well. (Don't worry... Stick around, and I'll remind you about that quite a bit before it happens).

SIX, everybody assumes that Senate Rebublicans are going to stand shoulder to shoulder ith Trump but the reality is that there are a quite a few Senate GOP who're full-on neocon apparatchiks like Lindsey Graham, Bob Corker, and Marco Rubio and/or who're deep friends with Israel and/or who would be sharpening their knives for a Presidential run (and would be more successful running against Pence) that Trump may not have all of the support that everyone thinks. Most of the GOP have left Trump twisting in the wind thru this whole RUSSIA!RUSSIA! hoax for example. Their spport of Trump has been pretty lukewarm.
As I understand it, the Senate needs 67 votes to remove Trump from office and there are an automatic 49 Democratic votes already, which means that 18 GOPers need to cross the line. According to people who count such things, there are already 15 Republican Senators who might be willing to vote for removal.
Hubby and I talk about the mess that is Trump's foreign policy, and one of the things that may be preventing Trump from withdrawing our troops from the Mideast as promised is that he has to keep one eye on those Senate warhawks/neocons and keep them satsified. I'm sure that Democrats don't care since they have long ago given up the mantle of being anti-war and are now just bought-and-paid for globalist shills, but in a way their constant haranguing of Trump over bullshit hoaxes like RUSSIA!RUSSIA! may be what's keeping our mideast wars alive.
Tom Luongo has opined that the reason WHY the Democrats have uncorked impeachment is because they know for a fact that Trump would win 2020 because their candidates suck, and that the only way they could win in 2020 is to remove Trump from office. Imagine Pence running against Warren.
IF Trump is removed from office there won't be a "revolution" but there will probably be extremely low voter turnout, and a Democrat will be elected with the lowest percentage of the general population ever as "no party affiliation" an disaffected voters stay home in droves.
Yup. I don't see this possibility happening.
I'd like to see the list of GOP senators that allegedly would vote against Trump. You've mentioned a possibility of 15 here. T quoted some anon bullshit that says 30 would if there were secret votes. (As if our elected officials voting for stuff in secret would be a good idea for the people and wouldn't be abused in the future. No sir).
Here's a list of Senate seats up for relection in 2020.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_United_States_Senate_elections
22 of them are GOP, while only 12 of them are Dems.
Since a secret vote is completely off the table for now (and hopefully forever), I'd advise against impeachment if I were any of them. Whaddya know. Lindsey Graham is up for reelection in 2020.

He was great. I liked his "let's consider the wider picture" observation. This isn't just us and Trump. I know of a few Russians that say pretty much the same things he has about Tyranny and "what the signs are of losing your democracy or the encroachment of Tyranny." And they should know.

Why should I credit your opinion about anything?
Apart from being right about Russia invading Ukraine *cough* Crimea *cough* and about Trump's involvement with Russia pre-2016 you mean?
Easy, you don't have to listen to me, Kiki. Listen to Trump saying it himself - from the White House released "transcript":
TRUMP: "The other thing, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me."
It's not opinion, it's fact.
SIGGY use to say if there was collusion in 2016 surely we'd have phone conversations... like this one that was not caught until a whistle blower had the nerve to call it out? Not only does this show Trump's willingness to use help from an adversary to throw an election, it shows how he might have done it before. A simple phone call, you help me I'll help you, wink wink.
Ukraine is an adversary?
Biden and son didn't think so. The Podesta Brothers didn't think so.

You do, huh? Got some old Russian buddies you keep in regular contact with there?
Speaking of memory holes...
How does Rachel Maddow still have a job?
Oh, that's right. People like Captain who were let down by her and stopped watching her forgot why and are watching her again.

The Republican Senators have voted against Trump and the GOP on one issue or another
Lisa Murkowski of Alaska (ACA, border wall, emergency declaration, immigration reform)
Mitt Romeny of Utah (border wall, emergency declaration)
Lamar Alexander of Tennessee (border wall)
Susan Collins of Maine (border wall, emergency declaration, immigration reform)
Cory Gardner of Colorado (border wall)
Johnny Isakson of Georgia (border wall)
Roger Wicker of Mississippi (emergency declaration)
Marco Rubio of Florida (emergency declaration)
Rob Portman ofOhio (emergency declaration)
Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania (emergency declaration)
Roy Blunt of Missouri (emergency declaration)
Lamar Alexander of Tennessee (emergency declaration)
Rand Paul of Kentucky (emergency declaration)
Jerry Moran of Kansas (emergency declaration)
Mike Lee of Utah (emergency declaration, immigration reform)
John Barrasso of Wyoming (immigratiom reform)
John Thune of South Dakota (immigration reform)
There are other GOP Senators who voted against the WH immigration reform proposal, but seeing as they voted to the right, not the left, I didn't include them.
John McCain, who consistently voted against Trump, has passed away (a moment of silence for John McCain's tumor)
Grassley, Portman and Toomey oppose Trump's tariff policies, altho they have not yet crafted a bill on which to vote.
Corker and McConnell rolled over on the RUSSIA! hoax and began Senate investigations.
Murkowski is so reliably against the GOP I wonder why she's in the party.
Romney and Rubio would be sharpening their knives for another Presidential run.
*****
I know that just because some Republican Senators voted against Trump on some things doesn't make them an automatic "remove from office" vote but I've highlighted the ones I think are especially problematic (Murkowski, Collins, Romney, Rubio, Grassley, Corkker, McConnell)
