Not sure I really like "Cold Pursuit". Think "Fargo" was better.

I liked that, with a cast of many First Peoples, they were not the "outsiders" of the film, the ones out of their element.

I did still like Wind River better. Fargo was in Minnesota, and I recall the news reports which spawned the film.

I liked Wind River too much better than this.

The inclusion of First Nations actors was done beautifully and a fair mix of Canadian and American.

Rereading this, I wonder if you have seen the TV Series Due South. One of my favorite shows ever.

Seriously dude. I loved "Due South" and watched the whole run of the show. I even have a Paul Gross CD. He is also a musician.

I own the complete series on DVD. My favorite Leslie Nielson character. I really wish they would have kept David in as Ray, after 1st season. Also perhaps the best role for Lisa Jakub. The episode with Red Green playing Green Red was a huge hit among many of my friends and coworkers - they had not seen the original broadcast, but watched my borrowed DVDs. (and other actors from the Red Green Show)

Never been much on Leslie Nielson. Fraser was my favourite. Paul Gross was great as that character. I found both Rays annoying for various reasons. Just me.
