To find them you had to dig out original material from elsewhere - senate.gov - not from what is SUPPOSED to be a secondary archive of transcripts. And one of your links isn't even a transcript, it's a video.
So, what do I conclude?
The government deleted 190 transcripts from their original location at ICE https://www.ice.gov/speeches, as the article said. How do I know? I went to the link and searched for those transcripts on the ICE website.
And a secondary government archive of those transcripts had more than 60 deleted from the record in a very selective way, including the two missing ones I challenged you to find (and of course, you didn't find them there).
At least one transcript appears to have been scrubbed entirely from the government's record, with only the raw video of the topic surviving (hopefully - how do we know?) on the SENATE website.
So let me ask you this, old fart? Were those speeches scrubbed from the ICE website as the article claimed? Can you trace all those missing ICE speeches to a secondary https://web.archive.org/web/20170118202526/https://www.ice.gov/speeche
s as you claimed?
