I have not been following Sweden politics the last few years.
With the quadrennial General Elections later this year, the politicians may be unlikely to do anything productive about immigrants.
The last General Election was September 2014.
The Prime Minister is Elected by the parliament, named Riksdag. There are 349 seats in Riksdag, filled by 8 different Parties.
Socialist Democrat Party, garnering 113 seats in 2014.
Moderate Party, with 84 seats from 2014. What we would call liberals.
Sweden Democrat Party, with 49 seats from 2014. The most tough on Immigration.
Green Party, with 25 seats from 2014.
Centre Party, with 22 seats from 2014. A Pro-Immigration Party.
Left Party, with 21 seats from 2014.
Liberal People's Party, with 19 seats from 2014. The most Pro-Immigration Party.
Christian Democrats Party, with 16 seats from 2014. What we would call liberals.
Not a huge surprise their soft-on-Immigration Government has created an Immigration problem, with greater Crime and violence.
The Sweden Alliance comprised of Moderate, Liberal People's, Centre, and Christian Democrat Parties. From 2006 to 2014 they were in power. From 2010-2014 they held majority 179 seats in Riksdag. They seem to be what we would call liberals.
The Centre-Left ultra-liberal faction is comprised of Socialist Democrats, Green, and Left Parties.
The far-Right Party is Sweden Democrats.
The Moderate Party was traditionally against Immigration, but once in power 2006-2014 their leader shifted to less stringent Immigration policy.
In 2014 Moderate lost 23 seats, from 107 to 84.
In 2014 Pro-Immigration Party of Liberal People's lost 5 seats, from 24 to 19.
In 2014 the tough Immigration party of Sweden Democrats gained 29 seats, from 20 to 49.
The Alliance lost 38 seats, from majority 179 to 141.
The "Centre-Left" group gained 3 seats, from 156 to 159 - still short of a 175 majority. The Socialist Democrats rebuffed attempts by Sweden Democrats to ally.
The Socialist Democrat leader became PM with minority power. Their first Budget failed to pass with the 5 opposition Parties blocking it. They scheduled a new Election for Dec 2015. The Election was cancelled 2 days before, when the Socialist Democrats made agreement with the Alliance to pass the budget, in exchange for concessions on Immigration Policy.
The voters moved toward more tough Immigration Policy in 2014. Should the current mess be blamed on not enough voters gaining sense, or the failure of their Government structure?

However if even half or one third of what she says is true Sweden is in for a serious bit of trouble, not just Germany, England or France but the problem seems to have spread across all of Europe

Your one-note hyperventilation about guns is out of tune. What does gun violence have to do with rapes? What does gun violence have to do with hand grenades?
Several sources state Sweden has rapes of 69 per 100,000 in 2018, 3rd worst in the world. U.S. is not in top 10, but I don't see specific data. So, less than 27.9

A landmark commission formed in early 2017 is laying the groundwork to revitalize Sweden’s “total defense” concept, which would see the country ready to use all aspects of Swedish life to push back an invasion from an unspecified foreign adversary — but one that sounds suspiciously like Europe’s biggest bogeyman in Moscow.
In an exclusive interview with Defense News during a recent visit to Washington, Defence Commission head Bjorn von Sydow and commission secretariat chief Tommy Akesson explained their vision for revitalizing Sweden’s defense infrastructure — one they believe must enable the country to hold out against military aggression for three months.
“When we say civil defense, we mean all civil activities in society, including medical care, including shelters of course, including private companies, everything. Local communities and all their obligations,” Akesson said. “It’s a total mobilization of the country and planning for how to put all forces in society in the direction of solving, in the worst case, a military attack.”
Spending to prepare
The commission was initially tasked only with providing a final report by May 2019, but decided to go ahead and release a public six-page interim report late last year in order to provide the public and allies insight into their initial thoughts — and, von Sydow acknowledged, to let any potential, unnamed adversaries know that an invasion of Swedish territory will be costly. (The full report clocked in as 243 pages.)
“Sweden was famous for this during the Cold War, with very elaborate and detailed plans, down to how parking garages were designed so you could use them as shelters,” said Magnus Nordenman of the Atlantic Council. “Talking about it [now] sends a signal they realized the challenge and are doing something about it.”
The report estimates that between 2021 and 2025, Sweden will need to invest 4.2 billion krona (U.S. $510.5 million) per year on its total defense proposals. While not a major spend by American defense levels, that is a serious investment for Sweden, especially considering it is additional money on top of what the country intends to invest in its armed forces.
In the meantime, Sweden has allocated about 400 million krona per year in 2018, 2019 and 2020 to invest in total defense developments. That culminates with a major exercise, tentatively planned for the year 2020, involving all aspects of the total defense concept — in essence, a trial run incorporating the entire nation.

I read most of the OP article when I posted and didn't see anything about rape. Now I've gone back and done a Ctrl-F and found the article mentions the word 'rape' once. And now I've also done a Ctrl-F of the whole thread and found that, before your post, the word 'rape' was mentioned... once.

Comparing rape statistics across countries (and even within the same country across time periods) is notoriously controversial because different societies have different cultures when it comes to reporting rapes, prosecution of rapes, police handling of rape victims, legal definitions of rape, etc, etc, etc...
For example, consider the case of a third-world family where the husband regularly rapes the wife. The family emigrates to Sweden, and the wife learns that a husband raping his wife is actually a crime, and the police will actually take her seriously. She comes forward, and her husband is convicted of rape. By your statistical argument, that is one more rape in Sweden, and further damning evidence against the evil of immigration. For that woman, however, immigration has saved her life.
