I dunno how true that is.
Musk, like Bezos, hardly pays any taxes at all on anything because he can get nearly zero interest loans backed up by his holdings.
Why sell your shit and pay 20% capitol gains taxes when you can get a 1.5% interest loan for half a billion dollars whenever you want to?
Like Trump, they're not doing anything illegal. But it's seriously fucked that the top richest 25 people in America pay less than 1% in taxes on their income and gains because our system allows them to. That's not even taking into account how their business do almost as well (and in some cases like Amazon get away without paying anything at all some years).
