How to get a commercial license?

Hi,

I made a thing*, a Serenity Suncatcher, and shared it elsewhere. Originally, I was making it for myself, and as a gift, so licensing didn't come into it.

However, a few people have approached me asking if I would make some for cash. I don't want to have lawyers breathing down my neck, so does anybody know who I would approach to get permission to sell these models?

Even better, does anybody have a specific email I could send to?
