Ouch! I touched it (I couldn't help myself...it's so BIG) and I got a splinter! I guess it's too new. Perhaps if you rubbed some fine grit sandpaper over it a few times, it would get smoother. And then buff with some tung oil. If you don't want to go that route, just let a lot of people handle it and it will get smoother on its own. Over time. Where's Simon? I need medical assistance...

Granted you are right, and if you look up to the top of this page you will see that I edited the title of the thread. What I don't understand is why that did not change the title of the thread as it is shown on the mainpage.
