I know that sounds funny, but it was a cheese wrapped in a red plastic cover and it
had a sharpness to it that brought out the hot chocolate flavor. But cherry cordial syrup will do!

Since the chatroom has been taken over by the mentally ill who enjoy cussing and hurling about things, in a "not so cute as when River does it" sort of way, here we are again...
So what'll it be?
We got a little bit of snow today, I will be cuing up the hot chocolate with just a dash of whipping cream to make it smooth.
Anyone want a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top?
Maybe those people should stick with the pouring soup on people's heads. It's always a riot and no one gets hurt by it. Why on such a friendly fandom site do people feel the need to be so gorram rude.....makes me a might crotchety I tell ya!
Now you can luxuriate in a nice jail cell, but if your hand touches metal I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you.

Tiger has Borderline Personality Disorder with complications from Alcohol Psychosis. There really is no being rational with that -it's physically impossible. We just shake our heads and move on. He comes and goes for months at a time. We'll move through this phase soon enough...

Walking toward the entrance of my building, arms filled with groceries, a young man (part of the building crew) held the door open for me. Thanked him and said I appreciated his help. He said your welcome.
Yes, that's a rare thing these days, unfortunately. But I did appreciate it.
BONUS: A young woman smiled at me! Still got it!

Yes, Brenda..........I'm from the old school as well. My mom and grandmother
taught me to respect my elders and always use the formal greeting Don or Dona (sir or ma'am). As a matter of fact, most of the elders would do the same unless they knew each other for years.
My son's friends call me "Mr." and it feels a little weird, but I do appreciate it. Trouble is that it's not the norm but the exception. As my mother would say: "A kid shows his upbringing by his manners."
I am often surprised whenever I get attention from the opposite sex, but it
totally made my day. It was peculiar because she was walking with her boyfriend. Oh well, se la vie!

SGG, that was nice and good of that young man. I get doors held open for me sometimes and I say thank you too.
People look surprised at me when I call an older man "sir". But hey it was the way I was raised everyone is sir or ma'am. I still call a friend's mom "Mrs" even though she's told me to call her by her first name. I don't think it will happen. *L*
Cool for you SGG on the pretty girl smiling. Can't remember the last time a young guy smiled at me.
