Too bad the new writers have broken Castle and Beckett up. That was stupid.

Yeah, even by the show's own logic it doesn't make sense. A few episodes back, I was hoping Lanie would grill Kate about it, but all Lanie did was tell Castle to keep giving Beckett space. More space.

So, Beckett can now sew up her own gunshot to the gut without anesthetic (I sooo had to check that word) cause she's so "Supercop", yet she loves Castle so much she can't be around him because.... Um, hmm... I uh... there's barely any weak excuses, let alone one good reason.

I wonder if they broke up Caskett just so Castle could run back to Slaughter. (The episode isn't free on Hulu yet, so I don't know what happens.)
