Imagine the hypocrisy of a government who will allow businesses to card people to get a job or buy groceries, but won't card people to vote in elections and gives millions of non-citizens free money from taxpayers.

As does China.
Carriers are vulnerable to EMP attacks, missile attacks, and submarine attacks.
And then there are the US carriers that employ microsoft software that have to be towed around, with such poor cooling capability they overheat and die in the warm Mediterranean.
If you want a show, call in the carriers. Other than that, they make slow, defenseless targets; especially the US ones that literally can't get out of their own way.

Depot explosion not Russian "act of state terrorism": Czech PM
2021-04-20 02:29:22 GMT2021-04-20 10:29:22(Beijing Time) Xinhua English
The alleged Russian involvement in a munitions depot explosion in the Czech Republic in 2014 was not an act of state terrorism, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis said Monday after a government meeting.
It was an attack by Russian intelligence agents on goods belonging to a Bulgarian arms dealer, he said.
"I would mainly like to say that it was not an act of state terrorism, as we have heard," Babis said, referring to calls from the parliamentary opposition to label the attack as such.
Still, the incident was unacceptable, said Babis, adding that he wanted to declassify the document about the incident, but the investigation is still going on.
Babis said Saturday that the country was expelling 18 Russian embassy staffers for the alleged involvement of the Russian special services in the explosion.
In response, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Sunday it's expelling 20 staffers of the Czech embassy in Moscow. The ministry said Czech authorities used "unfounded and far-fetched pretexts" to continue their anti-Russian tirade in recent years and to please the United States following recent U.S. sanctions against Russia.

Of course, none of this makes sense. After originally ruling the explosion an accident, why (and especially HOW) would the Czech government "discover" that it was sabotage? And why would Russia want to blow up arms in the Czech Republic, anyway?
Was it because the Czech Republic was in negotiations to buy Sputnik V vaccine from Russia?
Something is missing from all of this. what is it, again? Oh, yes .... evidence. When I see the evidence, I'll get to have some valid thoughts. But this is like the Navalny "poisoning": There is no evidence for the accusation.

Quote:I was going to get to this in the Biden* thread. But it's true: Aircraftcarriers are sitting ducks. They're usually accompanied by anti-submarine and anti-aircraft, anti-ship vessels, as well as fuel supplies (not for the aircraft carriers but for the carrier "group") and regular supplies (food, munitions etc).

Quote:- Wikipedia
A carrier strike group (CSG) is a type of carrier battle group of the United States Navy.[1] It is an operational formation composed of roughly 7,500 personnel, usually an aircraft carrier, at least one cruiser, a destroyer squadron of at least two destroyers or frigates,[2] and a carrier air wing of 65 to 70 aircraft. A carrier strike group also, on occasion, includes submarines, attached logistics ships and a supply ship. The carrier strike group commander operationally reports to the commander of the numbered fleet, who is operationally responsible for the area of waters in which the carrier strike group is operating.
U.S. Navy ships assigned to the USS George Washington Carrier Strike Group sail in formation in the Atlantic Ocean in November 2003.
Strike groups comprise a principal element of U.S. power projection capability; a single supercarrier holds enough firepower to rival the air forces of entire nations. Previously referred to as carrier battle groups (a term still used by other nations), they are often referred to by the carrier they are associated with (e.g., Enterprise Strike Group). As of March 2016 there are 10 carrier strike groups in the U.S. Navy.
I'll cross-post this into that thread.

That is some funny shit Polish russian Collaborator kiki. American carriers have keep the worlds oppressors in check with zero attacks carried out against them since world war two. With today’s carriers it’s a whole new ballgame. That is a fact stacked up against your biased speculations. And even if an enemy had the wherewithal to get through its defenses, a country would have to have the balls to carry that out knowing full well the consequences. Perhaps that more than anything else is what makes them invulnerable?
Too bad for you. And Polish russia Collaborator Signyms post about this following yours gave me a good chuckle as well.

I guess the US lost that game of chicken, that all started with Biden*(Blinken) running his mouth and egging on NATO(Stoltenberg) to start sabre-rattling.
The US starts sabre rattling.

Russia Troops Withdraw From Ukraine Border After NATO F-16s Intercept Jets Over Baltic
Brigadier General Andrew Hansen, NATO's deputy chief of staff operations said in the statement that the deployment showed the alliance's readiness "to intercept any perceived threat to Allied airspace."
"The Alliance routinely practises intercepts for this exact reason and has built the necessary muscle memory to accomplish this at a moment's notice," he added. Newsweek has contacted Russia's defense ministry for comment.

Romania expels Russian military attaché
BUCHAREST, April 26 (Reuters) - Romania is expelling the deputy military attaché at the Russian embassy for activities incompatible with his diplomatic status, the foreign ministry said.
Seven other former Soviet bloc countries in Central and Eastern Europe, all of them members of the European Union and the Western defense alliance NATO, have expelled Russian diplomats in recent weeks, triggering reciprocal measures by Moscow.
Most dramatically, Prague ordered out 18 Russian diplomats on April 17 after finding that Russian intelligence operatives were likely to have caused a blast at a Czech ammunition depot in 2014 that killed two people - an allegation Moscow denied.
