So Congress directed Hillary to hand over her emails to them, and the next day she had her server (previously hidden under her Rose law Firm Billing Records) hard drive scrubbed, and now she is telling them that she scrubbed them right after they told her to deliver.

Is she in Contempt of Congress?
Is everybody just avoiding this concept to cover for her?
Or is this in some way not applicable?

With this GOP leadership, Hillary knows she's safe. She could confess to dumping Vince Foster's corpse in Ft. Marcy park herself, and nothing would come of it.

She's a woman, and we can't be mean to women.

Unless her name is Sarah Palin. Then it's perfectly fine.
